Workout smarter with this 20-minute upper body HIIT workout; pairing strength exercises to tone your arms with cardio bursts to raise your heart-rate and burn more calories.
Strength and cardio workouts are my jam because they are efficient; building lean muscle while raising your heart rate. And since you’ve been asking for more upper body workouts, I thought it was about time I shared an upper body HIIT {high intensity interval training} workout.
I’ve been trying to incorporate at least one upper body focused, arm workout into my weekly training routine. I tend to focus on lower body and total body workouts, but if there’s anything that lugging around a 25 pound, plus baby, it’s that my upper body need some strength training love too.
Having a baby, now toddler, in my arms has also taught me that my post-workout snacks need to be toddler-friendly too. Because his chubby, little hands are always reaching for my food.
