Medicine balls are one of the most user-friendly pieces of workout equipment, and there are so many ways to use them! They’re mostly used for core and abdominal work, but did you know that you can also work your arms, legs, and entire body? For a well-rounded (no pun intended) workout, pick up a medicine ball and get ready to sweat.
Cardio bursts are amplified by adding weight with the medicine ball, strength movements are given a little extra boost by using a weight that requires a different grip and manipulation than a dumbbell or bar. Medicine balls range anywhere from 2 lbs to 40 lbs and beyond, so find one that will challenge you!
